Our Program (Core) Facilitators

General Facilitator Background

General Facilitator BackgroundOur coaches are well-known domestic and international consultants in their fields of expertise, each with a minimum of at least 15 years of successful consulting practice. All of our coaches are also successful instructors in accredited institutions for adult learners and competent online facilitators.  Patient and proven in their instructional practice, our coaches truly care for the program participants and are totally dedicated to teaching them new skills and effective professional habits.  All online inquiries receive a response within 24 hours.

Utilizing either one or three main methods of educational delivery (on-ground, interactive ‘Town Hall’ style HD video conferencing, and Internet TT [threaded text]), and an exceptionally user-friendly and supportive online environment, our coaches provide their expertise to assist participants in whatever is of the greatest importance to them in their quest of developing their own private consulting practice.

Business consulting, professional trade consulting, educational consulting, environmental consulting, and many more consulting categories, are offered to individuals, associations, trade groups, and organizations – customization and specialty consulting are also offered when specialized groups exceed the minimum requirements (Please ask us about the minimum attendance requirement for your specialty group).

Skill selection, company positioning, customer targeting, service or product selection, pricing, distribution and media strategies (promotion, advertising, direct marketing, public relations, and direct selling) are part of the materials that are explained to participants.  Discovering, planning for and achieving one’s life purpose (goals); acquiring new skills; understanding how the mind works, achieving mind dynamics mastership, and learning how to be positive in life, no matter what – are also part of this unique and unpublished program.

Dr. PAUL SABOLIC

Paul C. Sabolic has over twenty-five years experience in business and management with multinational corporations in marketing, sales training and development, management, labor relations and negotiations, strategic planning and forecasting, organization of staff and departments, creation of in-house training and team development programs. He has extensive consumer products experience with Procter & Gamble and Anheuser Busch as well as detailed knowledge of the wholesale / dealer networks within several industries. Dr. TOM WADE

MBA in Marketing and Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Management and Public Administration. For many years a specialist in advanced computer technology, microcomputers, networking and data communications, Dr. Wade developed several business and marketing programs for large and small companies. Dr. Wade currently teaches Business Development and Marketing at the University of Phoenix. Past clients include: MIS SYSTEM GROUP, ELECTRONIC DATA SYSTEMS - GENERAL MOTORS, S.SYSTEMS CORPORATION, COMPUTER PEOPLE RESOURCES, and TANDY CORPORATION.

 

Prof. KIM L. SELLICK

BS Mechanical Engineering, MBA Marketing. National and international specialist in technical sales, sales management and performance technologies, and marketing strategies. Mr. Sellick is an experienced teacher, speaker and seminar leader. He specializes in private practice and small business development. Dr. MONICA CARBAJAL

Dr. Monica Carbajal is an organizational psychologist and a professor of psychology. She has been a management consultant working with clients in the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America. Her expertise is in bilingual training (English and Spanish); organizational development and human resources. She is an experienced consultant in industrial psychology including Social Psychology, Communication for Managers, Conflict Resolution, Team Work and Organizational Behavior. Dr. DAVID SMITH 

Dr. Smith, a well-known U.S. and international consultant, is also a visiting Fulbright professor in International Marketing at the Marketing Institute in Copenhagen (The Copenhagen Business School).  Dr. Smith has won grants and awards for his work in international business (Fulbright’s senior award, the Nordic Council of Ministers Research, the Copenhagen Business School President’s Teaching Award). Dr. Smith’s academic credentials include a D.B.A. in Business Administration (USIS, San Diego, California), a Master’s Degree in Science (California State University) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (West Coast University).  Dr. Smith’s clients have included: STACKAHOUSE, BIO SAFETY SYSTEMS, ATI MEDICAL, AUTOMATED DEVICES, CAVITRON CORPORATION AND VARIAN ASSOCIATES.

 

Prof. JOHN HUNTER

Over twenty years experience in marketing and sales management, including ten years of international business experience. For the past nine years providing consulting services to firms seeking to improve their marketing and sales strategy, and management philosophy. His experience includes assisting foreign corporations seeking a presence in the Pacific Rim with product development and marketing research. Most recently Professor Hunter spent six months in Japan providing management-training services for such major hi-tech companies as: ALPS, SONY CORPORATION, and the TOHOKU ELECTRICAL POWER CORPORATION.
